We may add, modify or remove features at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or site announcements.

We strive for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance may occur with prior notice.

User Conduct Rules

• Do not reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to discover source code.

Paid Services

axonialai offers subscription plans and pay-as-you-go options for advanced AI features.

Pricing details are available on our website. Fees are charged in Thai Baht and billed based on usage or plan selection.

We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Payment information is processed securely through PCI-compliant providers.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before renewal.

Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

To cancel, visit your account settings or email [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

You are responsible for any applicable local taxes or duties in connection with paid services.

We may adjust prices with 30 days’ notice posted on our site or sent via email.

Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or account termination.
